The pergola awning was installed across the full width of the terrace, its retractable fabric cover supported on a sturdy aluminum frame that keeps the space shaded and cool throughout the day. The penthouse gains a comfortable, private outdoor room with views over the rooftops of Athens.
To complete the shading system, automatic vertical zip awnings were fitted along the open sides of the terrace. Guided by side cables for stability even in strong winds and operated by wireless motors, they let the owners adjust light, privacy and wind protection at the touch of a button, extending comfortable use of the space into the evening hours.
