We successfully completed installation work in the outdoor area of a penthouse at a contemporary apartment building in the Alimos area. As shown in the project photos, the top-floor space gained a complete, minimal and fully functional shading solution in keeping with the building's architectural design.
The owners chose a combination of two bioclimatic systems in white, with a robust aluminum frame. The first is a fixed bioclimatic structure that provides permanent shading and high durability. The second, an opening bioclimatic pergola with movable louvers, delivers maximum flexibility, allowing shading, natural ventilation and weatherproofing to be adjusted according to needs and weather conditions.
With the addition of these bioclimatic systems, the home's outdoor space was transformed into a comfortable relaxation zone, significantly upgrading the aesthetics and overall usability of the building.
